This page explains what personal information The Trading Hub collects through thetradinghub.com.au, why we collect it, who it's shared with, and how you can see, fix or delete it. If anything is unclear, email admin@tcpm.management.
Who We Are
The Trading Hub by Justin Trades ("we", "us") is a TCPM Management business (ABN 56 689 629 163). We run thetradinghub.com.au, the web course, the quizzes and The Trading Hub Discord server. Discord and Whop are separate companies with their own privacy policies, which cover what you share on their platforms.
What We Collect
- When you apply for Premium: your first name, email address, Discord username and time zone, how you found us, and your answers about your trading (experience, markets, account type, journaling, what keeps breaking your rules, whether you trade money you can afford to lose, your availability and what you want from Premium). If you arrived through a sales rep's link, we also record that rep's referral name. The form uses Google reCAPTCHA to check you're a person, so Google receives your IP address and details about your browser and how you use the page.
- When you log in with Discord for the quizzes: your Discord user ID and display name. We only ask Discord for your basic identity, so we never see your email, your messages or your other servers. We check that you're a member of our Discord and which roles you have. Your quiz passes and scores are saved against your Discord ID. If you choose to share a result, your Discord name, the module and your score are posted in the quiz results channel, and passing a module can add a module role to your Discord account.
- When you sign in with Whop for the web course: your Whop user ID and name, whether your membership is active, and which modules you've unlocked. Payments are handled by Whop. We never see your card details.
- When you email us: your email address and whatever you write.
- Technical information: like any website, our host (Netlify) processes your IP address, browser details and the pages you request so the site works and stays secure. Sign-in and quiz steps also write short log entries, such as a display name or ID and the result. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so Google also receives your IP address.
We don't use analytics or advertising trackers, and we don't sell or rent your information.
Cookies And Browser Storage
We only use cookies and browser storage that the site needs to work. None of them are used for advertising.

Clearing your browser's cookies and site data removes all of these.
How We Use It
- To screen your Premium application and contact you about it on Discord or by email.
- To give you the course, quizzes and Discord roles that come with your membership.
- To credit the sales rep who referred you, if there was one.
- To answer your emails.
- To keep the site and your account secure and to fix problems.
Who We Share It With
We only share information with the services that run The Trading Hub, and only what each one needs:
- Netlify hosts the site, receives application forms and stores quiz and course progress.
- Whop runs memberships, payments and course sign-in.
- Discord runs the community, the quiz login and member roles.
- Microsoft hosts our email inbox.
- Google serves the fonts on our pages and runs the reCAPTCHA check on the application form. The Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply to it.
These providers are based overseas, mainly in the United States, so your information may be stored or processed outside Australia. If you applied through a sales rep's link, we may tell that rep whether you joined so they can be paid their commission. We don't share your application answers with them. We may also share information when the law requires it.
How Long We Keep It
We keep your application while we screen it and, if you join, for as long as you're a member. Quiz and course progress stays while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we have to keep something by law.
Your Choices
- Ask to see the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete it.
- Remove The Trading Hub's access in Discord under User Settings, then Authorized Apps.
- Clear cookies and site data in your browser at any time.

Keeping It Safe
The site runs on HTTPS, sign-in cookies are signed and can't be read by scripts on the page, and only the people who run The Trading Hub can see applications. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Age
The Trading Hub is for adults. Please don't apply or sign in if you're under 18.
Questions And Complaints
If you have a privacy question or concern, email admin@tcpm.management first and we'll try to sort it out. If you're not happy with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
Changes To This Policy
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
